Our new hybrid packaging product provides the prestige look and feel of a rigid set box at a much lower cost. Patent-pending Evolution Boxes are formed on specially developed, proprietary equipment that combines decorated carton grade SBS tray blanks with chipboard stiffeners. We offer many custom sizes and all the printing and decorating options as with our premium-quality folding cartons.

Specialty paperboard or metallized film laminated substrates can be used.
More substantial paperboard printing surface eliminates the roughness of chipboard from showing through.
Better print-to-box registration than with set boxes.
Proprietary, efficient assembly equipment.
For visibility, boxes can be windowed or printed plastic sleeves can top-off one-piece trays.
